How does it work?
Simply present your Stay 10 and Stay FREE card to front desk on check-out and we will stamp your loyalty card. When 10 stamps are recorded, submit the card to any Waldorf Front Desk and we will process the card and send you a voucher for a complimentary night in any Waldorf Apartment - subject to availability

To qualify for a stamp:

Must be booked directly with Waldorf through front desk, central reservations or through BookingButton.

Not booked through any special offer such as Stay 2, Stay 3, Extended Stay or Advanced Purchase rates unless otherwise stated.

Must be fully paid.

- Must be the name holder of the card. Not to be used by friends, family or colleagues.

- Must be staying in a Waldorf Superior Apartment

What is a Waldorf Superior Apartment?
All Stadium, Celestion and St. Martins apartments are considered Superior. Bankside and Tetra have specially allocated Superior Apartments, which offer the best apartments in the building at a premium price.

Terms and Conditions
To qualify for a reward stamp your booking must be made directly through Waldorf’s direct BookingButton system on Waldorf New Zealand websites or our Central Reservations Office: 0800 700 001 or  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and must be in a Waldorf Superior Apartment. Bookings must be fully paid to receive a stamp. Does not apply to bookings made through any 3rd party websites, GDS or Travel Agencies. The 10 room nights utilised must fall within a 12 month period from the date of issue. This offer does not apply to accommodation on contracted rates or in conjunction with any other promotion. Some special offers and promotions are excluded from this programme. Please see terms and conditions of offers and promotions to check eligibility, or speak to our Central Reservations team to confirm whether your stay qualifies for a Stay 10 reward stamp. Prior to issuing a voucher, guests history will be checked to ensure 10 nights are correct, booked directly, and fully paid for.

Waldorf Superior Apartments include all apartments at Waldorf Stadium, Celestion and St Martins and specially allocated Superior Apartments in Waldorf Bankside and Tetra - which offer the finest Apartments the building has to offer.

Once you have accumulated 10 stamps, submit your card to our Front Desk staff and we will send you a voucher entitling you to one free room night in any of our Waldorf Apartments in Auckland. Your free room night is valid for 12 months from the voucher’s date of issue and is strictly subject to availability. Accommodation must be booked in advance in order to secure your selected free night of stay. Vouchers are not applicable to event nights. Waldorf Apartments do not guarantee that accommodation is or will be available on any particular date at any Waldorf Apartment Hotel. The Voucher is for the sole use of the person named on the voucher.
